Governance & Oversight

Oversight is exercised through a Board-level Ethics & Sustainability Committee, supported by dedicated compliance officers in each subsidiary. Monitoring mechanisms include third-party audits, whistleblower hotlines, and public reporting. Non-compliance triggers corrective action, and where necessary, termination of contractual relationships.

Continuous Vigilance

We recognize that risks evolve with global supply chains. StarBridge continuously strengthens its systems for due diligence, reporting, and remediation, including alignment with emerging frameworks such as the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD).
