Safeguarding dignity, integrity, and responsibility across our global value chain.
A Foundational Commitment
StarBridge’s license to operate in global real estate and infrastructure rests not only on the value we create but on the values we uphold. Human rights and responsible supply chain management are non-negotiable pillars of our corporate identity. Every decision, contract, and partnership reflects our duty to respect international human rights norms and to ensure that the materials, labor, and services powering our projects meet the highest standards of integrity and fairness.
Our Guiding Standards
Our framework is anchored in globally recognized principles, including:
- UN Guiding Principles on Business & Human Rights (UNGPs)
- International Labour Organization (ILO) Core Conventions
- OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises
- UN Global Compact Principles
These standards guide our policies on fair labor, anti-discrimination, worker safety, freedom of association, and ethical sourcing—across all jurisdictions where we operate.
Responsible Supply Chain Practices
We manage a complex global network of contractors, suppliers, and partners across real estate, technology, aviation, and infrastructure. To protect integrity at every stage, we have instituted:
Screening of suppliers, contractors, and joint-venture partners for compliance with human rights, labor standards, and ethical conduct.
Binding standards covering wages, working conditions, anti-corruption, and environmental obligations.
Human rights and ESG clauses embedded into all supplier agreements, with audit and termination rights.
Training and engagement programs for suppliers in emerging markets to raise compliance standards and foster shared value.
Protecting People Across Our Ecosystem
Safe conditions, living wages, and respect for collective bargaining rights on all project sites.
Protection of local rights, engagement with stakeholders, and respect for cultural heritage in all developments.
Expectation of adherence to equivalent standards across our global alliances.
Governance & Oversight
Oversight is exercised through a Board-level Ethics & Sustainability Committee, supported by dedicated compliance officers in each subsidiary. Monitoring mechanisms include third-party audits, whistleblower hotlines, and public reporting. Non-compliance triggers corrective action, and where necessary, termination of contractual relationships.
Continuous Vigilance
We recognize that risks evolve with global supply chains. StarBridge continuously strengthens its systems for due diligence, reporting, and remediation, including alignment with emerging frameworks such as the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD).
StarBridge’s commitment to human rights and responsible supply chains is inseparable from our ambition to deliver transformative projects. By safeguarding dignity, enforcing accountability, and fostering responsible growth, we build not only resilient assets but also enduring trust with investors, governments, and communities.
